Chilled Fruit Toss - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can whole pitted lychees
    1/2 c. orange marmalade
    1/2 tsp. grated ginger root
    1 (20 oz.) can whole pitted loquats, drained
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained
Preparation
    Drain lychees, reserving 1/2 cup liquid.
    Halve lychees. Combine reserved liquid, orange marmalade and ginger root in serving bowl.
    Combine lychees, loquats, pineapple and mandarin oranges.
    Drizzle orange marmalade mixture over fruit.
    Stir gently.
    Chill at least 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
    Serve in individual dishes.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
