Mushroom Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
4 Tbsp. soft butter
1 egg yolk (raw)
1 tsp. grated onion
salt to taste
dash of Tabasco sauce
1 small can mushroom stems and pieces

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and spread on bread.
Cut into squares and toast in a 350\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
