Herbed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 small new potatoes
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
    1/4 c. minced onion
Preparation
    Saute potatoes in butter until tender and brown.
    Add onion and parsley; continue cooking until onion is transparent.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
