Sour Cream Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
-
Cream butter and
sugar;
add
eggs
and vanilla.
Sift soda, flour and
baking powder; mix into butter mixture alternately with sour cream.
Grease and flour angel food cake pan. Pour 1/2 of batter
in\tpan, in a separate bowl mix additional sugar, nuts and cinnamon.\tSprinkle
1/2
of cinnamon mixture over batter in
the pan.
Pour
remaining
batter
in pan and sprinkle remaining topping
on
cake.\tBake
at
350\u00b0\tfor
35 minutes to 1 hour.
