Cranberry Stuffing Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing croutons
    3/4 c. fresh cranberries
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 to 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Cut cranberries in half.
    Cook sausage, celery and onion until sausage is done and vegetables are tender.
    Drain.
    In a large bowl, combine meat mixture with remaining ingredients and enough broth to hold mixture together.
    Shape into 8 to 10 balls.
    Place in a greased, shallow baking dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
