Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
2 eggs, well beaten
1 stick margarine, melted
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 small box Jiffy corn bread mix
1 c. Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in bowl (except cheese).
Pour into a lightly
greased baking dish.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0; add cheese over top and bake another 10 minutes.
