Giblet Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

giblets from the turkey
2 eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
pan drippings
salt and pepper to taste
turkey neck
flour
Preparation

Boil giblets and neck until done; dice.
Add enough water to drippings to give you a fair amount of gravy base.
Bring to boil. Mix flour well with water to make a paste.
Add to drippings to thicken.
Add giblets and neck meat.
Add eggs and salt and pepper to taste and simmer.
