Irish Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. boiling water
    salt and pepper
    3 medium potatoes, sliced
    1/2 stick low-fat margarine
Preparation
    Cook until potatoes are done.
    Roll out dough according to directions from Bisquick box.
    Mix and add thin strips to potato mixture.
    Boil gently a minute or two and turn off heat.
    Place a lid on the pot and let steam for a few minutes.
    Use a larger pot (about a 4-quart size one).
    Serve with Cheddar cheese and goldfish crackers.
