Cucumber Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium cucumbers
    1 tsp. chives, chopped finely
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1 stick butter
    1 box white bread, partially frozen
Preparation
    Remove seeds and chop cucumbers.
    Mix with remainder of ingredients (except white bread).
    Spread thin layer of butter on bread, then cucumber mixture.
    Remove crust; cut diagonal into triangles.
    Place in freezer 30 minutes, then place in refrigerator before serving.
