Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) bottle ketchup
    1/2 c. chili sauce
    1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 large onion, chopped
    10 to 15 dashes of Tabasco hot sauce
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 c. water
    1 beef roast (I use sirloin tip or round, 5 lb. or more)
Preparation
    Cook beef in oven until medium done; slice.
    Layer slices in pan.
    Combine all ingredients, except beef, and bring to a boil and pour over meat.
    Continue cooking meat until very tender, 2 to 4 hours at 300\u00b0.
    Baste with sauce.
    Add more water if sauce gets too thick.
    May be prepared ahead and frozen.
    Excellent for serving a large group or holiday meal.
