Easy Oyster Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. oysters
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    3/4 c. oyster crackers
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. sherry
Preparation
    Drain oysters and set aside.
    Saute mushrooms in butter; add mushroom soup, oyster crackers, cheese, sherry and oysters.
    Mix well.
    Spoon into a lightly greased 1 1/4-quart casserole dish. Top with more cracker crumbs and dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
    Serves 4.
