Garden Peas In Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. water
    1 to 1 1/2 c. fresh peas
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. light cream
Preparation
    Heat butter and water to boiling.
    Add remaining ingredients, except cream.
    Season with 1/2 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper. Cover and simmer until peas are tender, 8 to 15 minutes.
    Don't drain.
    Add cream.
    Serves 4.
