Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Combine all dry ingredients (sift).
    Pour in Wesson oil.
    Add eggs and beat by hand.
    Add grated carrots and vanilla.
    Pour in greased 9-inch cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
