Glitter Playdough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 cup Flour
1\\2 cup Salt
2 tsp. Cream of Tartar
1 cup Water
2 tbsp. Salad Oil
Food Coloring
Glitter

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in saucepan, heat and stir until mixture pulls away from sides of pan. Knead and Play!
