Mocha Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. instant coffee
    1 c. (6 oz. pkg.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Combine sugar, water and coffee in saucepan.
    Bring to boil. Boil for 3 minutes.
    Place chocolate chips in blender and add sugar syrup.
    Blend for 6 seconds.
    Add eggs and blend for 1 minute.
    Remove from blender and fold mixture into whipped cream. Pour in serving bowls and refrigerate.
    Makes 6 servings.
