Soft Pretzels - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
4 c. flour
Preparation

Soften yeast in water in large bowl.
Add sugar and salt to mixture.
Mix in flour, kneading until soft and smooth.
Do not let rise.
Cut immediately into smaller pieces.
Roll into ropes and make pretzel shapes.
Dust foil-lined cookie sheet with flour. Put pretzels on it.
Brush with 1 beaten egg and sprinkle with coarse salt.
Bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
