Moo Goo Gai Pan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch squares
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 sliced green pepper
    1 can water chestnuts
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Shake pieces of chicken with salt and cornstarch.
    Stir-fry in hot oil until chicken turns white.
    Add mushrooms with liquid, green peppers, water chestnuts and soy sauce.
    Cook for 4 minutes. Serve with rice.
