Miss Scarlet'S Atlanta Rice Pilau - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. mild sausage
1 lb. hot sausage
4 chicken breasts
2 pkg. Uncle Ben's wild and domestic rice
1 medium onion
3 to 4 stalks celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Saute first 2 ingredients together until done. Drain. Set aside. Boil in small amount of water until done the chicken breasts. Save liquid. Chop into small pieces. Prepare according to package directions, using chicken liquid, the rice. Saute in small amount of sausage grease the onion and celery. Mix sausage, chicken, rice and vegetables in large bowl. Add soup and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Place in 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
