Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. raw rice
    1 c. chopped onion
    2/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can tomato soup
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Mix well the ground beef, rice, onion, milk, salt and pepper. Drop by tablespoonfuls in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Set aside.
    Combine soup and water.
    Pour sauce over meatballs.
    Cover pan tightly with aluminum foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
