Ingredients

7 c. bread crumbs (2/3 corn bread crumbs and 1/3 white bread)
1 1/4 c. chopped celery
1 1/4 c. chopped onion
2 1/2 c. broth (from giblets) *
1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 tsp. sage
1 c. butter

Preparation

*Use chicken bouillon cubes if not rich enough.
