Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. bell pepper, diced
1/2 c. onion, diced
2 or 3 potatoes, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Brown hamburger, onion and bell pepper, drain off fat.
In casserole dish layer bottom with meat mixture and then layer of sliced potatoes, meat mixture, potatoes.
Repeat until gone. dilute soup with 1/2 can water, pour over top of casserole.
Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
