Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped pecans
1 Tbsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
1/4 c. fine chopped green bell pepper
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
Preparation

Crush pineapple, using lid to press it dry.
Beat cream cheese until smooth; add pineapple, 1/2 cup nuts and rest of ingredients. Form into a ball.
Place remaining pecans on waxed paper.
Roll cheese balls in pecans, work pecans all around the ball.
(May take a little more pecans.)
Wrap in plastic wrap and chill.
Serve with crackers.
