Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. boneless beef sirloin
    1 (8 oz.) carton lower fat dairy sour cream
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. lower sodium tomato paste
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 tsp. instant beef bouillon
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    6 oz. nonstick fettucine
    2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Preparation
    Trim fat from beef.
    Partially freeze beef.
    Thinly slice across grain into bite-size strips.
    In a small mixing bowl, stir together the sour cream, flour and tomato paste.
    Stir in the water, bouillon and pepper.
    Set aside.
    Cook fettucine.
    Omit oil and salt.
