Vegetables With Horseradish Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cauliflower flowerets
    1 lb. carrots, sliced in 1/2-inch pieces
    1 lb. broccoli, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1 c. lo-cal mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/8 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    In a 3-quart saucepan, cook cauliflower and carrots, covered, for five minutes.
    Add broccoli and cook all until tender.
    Drain.
