Lower Fat Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (1 lb.) pkg. firm tofu
1 tsp. vanilla
1 graham cracker pie crust
Preparation

Puree tofu in blender until completely smooth.
Melt chocolate over double boiler or in microwave.
Mix the chocolate into the pureed tofu thoroughly.
Add vanilla to the chocolate tofu mixture.
Place mixture into graham cracker crust and chill in refrigerator.
Serve with whipped cream.
