Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/4 c. milk or water
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. cut up chicken (8 to 10 pieces)
    milk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0. Combine the corn meal, paprika, black pepper, garlic powder and salt. Dip the chicken in milk. Coat in combined dry ingredients. Place chicken on 15 x 10-inch shallow baking dish; lightly brush with melted margarine (or spray with butter-flavored Pam). Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until juices run clear when chicken is pierced with fork.
