Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut up chicken
    4 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Melt butter in roasting pan; add lemon juice.
    Arrange chicken pieces in single layer; turn to coat.
    Sprinkle with paprika and pepper.
    Cover with foil.
    May be prepared up to a day ahead to this point.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for one hour and 45 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 15 minutes more at 400\u00b0 until golden brown.
    Thicken gravy; serve with brown rice.
