Bruschetta(Garlic Toast) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices coarse textured bread, cut 3/8-inch (1 cm) thick
    3 garlic cloves, halved
    salt and freshly ground pepper
    6 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
    Toast the bread slices and while still hot, rub each well with the cut side of a garlic clove.
    Drizzle a tablespoon of olive oil over each slice.
    Add a little salt and plenty of pepper.
    Serve immediately.
