Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
    1/4 c. shortening
    4 c. flour (about)
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Add shortening.
    Stir until melted. Add sugar and salt.
    Mix in enough flour to handle.
    Knead 5 minutes.
    Place in greased bowl and let rise until double.
    Mash down.
    Form into rolls.
    Let rise until double.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 until done.
