Mary Jane'S Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    leftover beef (roast, at least 1 1/2 to 2 lb.)
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 can onion soup
    1 lb. container sour cream
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. beef broth
    1 lb. bag wide noodles
Preparation
    In large skillet, saute beef in heated butter.
    Add onion soup and beef broth.
    Let come to easy boil, then turn down to medium. Stir flour into sour cream container.
    Mix well, then add to skillet, stirring constantly.
    It will become thickened, but creamy, not stiff.
    Add cooked noodles.
    Let simmer 15 minutes to 30 minutes.
