Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in bite-size pieces
2 c. chopped green onions
1 c. cooking wine
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. Accent
dash of salt and pepper
1 can consomme
1/2 pt. sour cream
Preparation

Roll meat in flour and brown in oil.
Remove.
Add onion and brown slightly.
Return meat.
Add wine.
Cook slowly until most of the moisture is absorbed.
Add seasoning and consomme.
Simmer covered for about 15 minutes.
Add sour cream just before serving. Serve over rice.
You may add mushrooms during the last 15 minutes.
