Grandma'S Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. warm water
    2 pkg. dry yeast (Fleischmann's active dry)
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    4 heaping Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. Crisco lard
    2 eggs, well beaten
    Gold Medal all-purpose flour (approximately 7 c., enough to make a soft dough)
Preparation
    Mix sugar, yeast, salt and water together.
    Let sit 5 minutes. Add soft lard and flour.
    Let raise.
    Knead.
    Let raise again. Roll out a little at a time.
    Spread margarine.
    Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon.
    Cut in strips and twist.
    Put in pan and let raise. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
