Gon Lo Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 onion, sliced
    2 stalks celery, sliced diagonally
    1/2 lb. char siu, cut into 2-inch strips
    1 lb. chow mein noodles
    1/4 lb. bean sprouts
    3 stalks green onion, sliced thinly
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. oyster sauce
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Heat wok and add oil.
    Stir-fry onion, celery and char siu for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add noodles, bean sprouts, green onion and sesame oil; cook for 3 minutes.
    Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar.
    Add to noodles.
    Toss lightly to mix.
    Sprinkle with sesame seed.
    Serves 6.
