Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cake flour
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add oil, sugar and eggs, beating after each egg.
    Add carrots and pineapple, then add nuts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 35 minutes.
    Makes 3 layers.
    Frost with Cream Cheese Icing.
