Parsleyed New Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 small new potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    4 to 6 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Wash potatoes and peel a 1/2-inch strip of skin from around the center of each potato.
    Drop potatoes into boiling salted water. Cover and reduce heat.
    Cook for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender. While potatoes are cooking, melt butter in skillet.
    When potatoes are done, drain and add them to butter.
    Sprinkle parsley over potatoes and toss well to coat.
