Cicatelli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. presifted flour
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    2 eggs
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Pour flour into bowl.
    Make a well.
    Add remaining ingredients and knead well.
    Roll out into strips the size of a pencil.
    Cut into 1-inch pieces.
    Press down with index finger.
    Place in pan of boiling water with salt for about 20 minutes or until tender. Drain and serve with your favorite sauce.
