Chicken Chili Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 4 lb. chicken, boiled, deboned and cut up
    1 large can evaporated milk
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    grated Longhorn cheese (amount you want)
    onion (medium)
    jalapeno peppers to taste
Preparation
    Mix chicken, jalapenos, soup and milk together real good, then stir in cheese.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
