Tiramasu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 egg yolks
    1 egg
    200 gm sugar
    500 gm marscapone
    30+ ladyfingers
    Espresso coffee, sweetened
    grappa (approximately 1 1/2 oz.)
    Tia Maria (1 shot)
    unsweetened cocoa
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks, 1 egg and sugar for 8 to 10 minutes until very firm.
    Fold in grappa.
    Add Tia Maria to sweetened Espresso.
    Dip ladyfingers (1 or 2 at a time) very fast in hot Espresso mixture. In pan, make layers:
    1/2 ladyfingers, 1/2 custard (marscapone mixture), 1/2 ladyfingers, 1/2 custard.
    Right before serving, sprinkle with unsweetened cocoa.
