Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 stick butter, melted
    3 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 c. nuts, chopped (optional)
    1/3 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine first 8 ingredients and 1/4 tsp. cinnamon.
    Mix well. Pour into a well greased casserole dish.
    Combine the remaining 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon with the remaining ingredients for topping.
    Spread over potato mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
