Turkey Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium turkey breast
8 to 10 chicken bouillon cubes
1 small stalk celery, diced
1 lb. carrots, diced
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. uncooked rice, cooked ahead of time and set aside
Preparation

Wash turkey breast.
Place in a large pot and cover with water.
Bring to a boil and cook until tender.
Remove from broth and cool.
Dice.
You may not need all of turkey meat.
Add to broth the bouillon cubes, carrots, celery and soup.
Add more water if needed to make more broth.
Cook until tender.
Add diced turkey and cooked rice a little at a time so as not to get it too thick.
You may not need all rice.
