Turtle Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. caramels
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 German chocolate cake mix with pudding
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3/4 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Combine caramels with 1/3 cup evaporated milk in saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring until melted.
    Combine remaining milk with cake mix and melted margarine.
    Press half of mixture into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 6 minutes.
    Remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
    Spread melted caramels over chips.
    Mix nuts in remaining cake mix and drip spoonfuls over caramels.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
