Shoney'S Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 qt. fresh strawberries
4 Tbsp. strawberry Jell-O (1 small box)
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients together and add boiling water.
Bring mixture to a boil and let thicken.
Set in refrigerator; let cool, not set.
Put strawberries in pie shell and pour mixture over them.
Bake shell before putting in strawberries.
If big strawberries, cut in half.
Let cool and serve with whipped cream.
