Chicken And Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 lb. sweet Italian sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 1/2 lb. cubed chicken breast
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 c. white wine
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. rosemary
    1/2 stick butter
    salt and pepper
    1 jar roasted peppers, chopped
    noodles, cooked
Preparation
    Cook sausage in oil until brown.
    Remove from pan.
    Add chicken and stir until cooked.
    Remove from pan.
    Pour out drippings, leaving 1 tablespoon.
    Add garlic and saute.
    Add wine and broth. Stir until boiling.
    Add drained peppers, oregano and rosemary. Boil until thickened, approximately 10 minutes.
    Whisk in butter, 1 tablespoon at a time.
    Stir in sausage and chicken.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Serve over noodles.
