Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. carrots, grated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Combine all cake ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Bake for 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
    Makes 3 layers.
