Pork Roast Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. apple juice
1 tsp. mustard, dry
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. basil

Preparation

Mix well.
Put roast in plastic bag, pour sauce over and marinate 2 to 3 hours turning occasionally.
May be marinated overnight.
