Broccoli-Cheese Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shredded part skim Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. shredded part skim Ricotta cheese
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    12 dry jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, mix first 5 ingredients.
    Spoon about 2 tablespoons filling into cooked shell.
    In an 8-inch square baking dish, spread evenly over bottom.
    Arrange shells in single layer over sauce.
    Pour remaining sauce over shells.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbling.
    Add extra green onions.
