Ruth'S Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium cabbage
1 medium green pepper
1 small onion
1 garlic clove, diced
2 Tbsp. vegetable flakes
1 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
dash of black pepper
2 to 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 c. water
dash of cayenne red pepper or crushed red pepper
Preparation

Cut up cabbage. Run cold water over cabbage. In pot add water, oil and rest of seasoning.
Stir.
Add cabbage.
Cook over medium heat 3 minutes.
Do not stir.
Turn cabbage from bottom to top. Cover and continue to cook to desired doneness.
Serves 6.
