Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. carrots, cooked and mashed
1/3 to 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 stick margarine or butter, melted
3 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Mix together and bake in greased baking dish or pan, about 8-inch square, at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
