"Seems Healthy" Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    3/4 c. raw oats
    3/4 c. canned vegetable juice (I use V-8)
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 egg substitute
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; form into a loaf and bake at 350\u00b0 for one and one-half hours.
