Crock-Pot Quail Or Rabbit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    liquid Crisco (enough to brown meat)
    1 bell pepper
    1 small onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    flour
    1 egg
Preparation
    Dip meat in egg batter and roll in flour.
    Brown in skillet with Crisco.
    Place chopped onion and bell pepper in bottom of crock-pot.
    Cover with water.
    Turn on high.
